Welcome to the third podcast episode of The Theme Show.
The Birds theme was originally broadcast December 16, 1999 as a live shoutccast. I reworked it a little, sticking only to songs which had bird in the titles.
The joke among my friends is that I own “all the CDs” yet for some reason I was hard pressed to find a copy of Free Bird and apparently I need to buy a 3rd copy of The White Album because it’s missing… again (instead I had to put a cover. I felt bad replacing the Beatles, but it turned out the cover was a nice pick me up for the set).
So yeah, for some reason 75% of songs about birds are mellow, so this is a really subdued set. Also for those of you that remember from way back the Theme Shows all used to end in an Obligatory Polka, in this case I left it in (sort of).
